    Unlike many salons that use strips or spatulas for removal, our method allows for greater precision, a more comfortable experience, and a truly authentic sugaring service.

  • Our sugar paste contains only:

  • Everyone experiences pain differently.

    Most clients find sugaring less painful than traditional waxing. Your first appointment is usually the most uncomfortable, but regular appointments help reduce discomfort as hair becomes finer and easier to remove.

    To help minimize discomfort, some clients choose to take an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as Tylenol® (acetaminophen), 30–60 minutes before their appointment, if it is safe for them to do so. Always follow the manufacturer's directions and consult your healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or take prescription medications.

  • Can I Be Sugared If I Have Sensitive Skin?

    Sugaring is gentle enough for most skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have a skin condition or are under medical treatment, please consult your physician before scheduling.

  • Shaving cuts the hair instead of removing it from the root, disrupting the natural hair growth cycle.

    Regular sugaring helps hair grow back finer, softer, and less dense over time.

  • Hair should be at least 1/8 inch long, approximately:

    • 2 weeks after shaving.

    • 4–6 weeks after waxing or your last sugaring appointment.

  • Please:

    • Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams on the day of your appointment.

    • Arrive with clean skin.

    • Allow enough hair growth before your appointment.

  • Yes.

    You may be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle, but sugaring is completely safe. We simply ask that you wear a tampon or menstrual cup during intimate services.

  • If you have shaved or trimmed between appointments, you may no longer qualify for Member pricing, and your appointment will be charged at the applicable Non-Member rate.

  • Yes, if you have no medical restrictions from your physician and have previously received sugaring services.

    If you have concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before scheduling.

  • For the first 24 hours avoid:

    • Hot showers or hot tubs.

    • Tanning.

    • Swimming pools or open water.

    • Heavy exercise.

    • Tight clothing.

    • Sexual activity after intimate services.

    This helps prevent irritation and allows your skin to recover properly.

  • Yes.

    Sugaring is safe over healed tattoos and may even help keep them looking brighter by gently exfoliating dead skin cells.

  • Our Membership Program rewards clients who maintain a consistent sugaring routine.

    To qualify for Member pricing, you must:

    ✔ Return within 8 weeks or less of your previous appointment.

    ✔ Not shave or trim between appointments.

    Non-Member pricing applies if you:

    • Are a new client.

    • Return after more than 8 weeks.

    • Shave or trim between appointments.

  • Deposits & Cancellation Policy

    We value your time and appreciate your respect for ours.

    • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice (No-Show) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

    • Extended services and packages (60 minutes or longer) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

    • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

    • The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

    • Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. Once your appointment is confirmed, our cancellation policy remains in effect.

  • Package Policy

    • Packages include only the services listed.

    • Services within a package cannot be substituted or exchanged.

    • Package discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

    • Member packages are available only to clients who qualify for Member pricing.
